Laptop not detecting USB
Laptop not detecting USB. Tried to connect in all ports but still problem is same. Can anybody advise

firstly in the bottom left search bar type in device manager, go to the bottom option "universal serial bus controllers" select your items and try updating the drivers by right clicking on them

had same problem 4 long time worked sweet thnx 4 that
i tried update and sayz best installed any other ideas
try uninstalling and reinstalling
bingo wrkd like a charm after reinstalling it said restart comp and all bk to normal ,thank you kind sir
glad I could be of assistance ,another reason that causes this is windows updates ! sometime's rolling back an update can resolve the issue too then waiting for the next update especially with hp machines ;-)

Hi did you tried connecting to a different PC? Doing this will confirm whether USB ports or USB itself is damaged!!! Chances are less if all ports are bad at same time. Just check and revert.

2)Your Laptop mother Board Chip set Not Work Properly.

My Lenovo B50-30 does not read any USB 2.0 in windows 8 nor windows 7. When I connect my flash, it does not even indicate that something is connected. What do I do? Please help. I cannot do anything with the laptop without USB. I need to get to the internet only with USB internet key

Our Lenono G50 after an update isn't detecting the USB 2.0 on right side of computer. Lenovo doesn't appear to offer an solution. The BIOS is up to date.

The problem is that USB port it didn't support USB frash drive and mouse But when I use USB to charge my phone it work but the problem is in this two USB frash drive and mouse it's didn't support please help me course am student and am in university so with using frash to copy same document I can't perform well in my examination so please any body help me
