Still not sure I fully understand. But you can start at this site:
You will probably need to root and then flash the stock rom onto the phone using Odin or similar.

I am still not certain that I understand your English. It almost sounds as if you have a counterfeit Samsung Galaxy S3. If this is the case it is probably ready to be trashed. Every part of those phones are manufactured with such low grade parts that it would be amazing if they lasted more than a few months. Also, there is no support for that device, either from the manufacturer or the community. I am very sorry, but it looks like you may need to be getting a new phone.
