iMac Don't turn on

Model A1311 / Mid 2011 / 2.5 & 2.7 GHz Core i5 or 2.8 GHz Core i7 Processor

I plug power cable in imac -> starts only HDD (i not press on button), but no fan, no lcd.

1) i replace PSU from another imac - same problem (starts only hdd).

2) only 1 led (led501) is on.

3) unplug all cables from mb - same state.

is MB?
