i just got my new ps4
i connected the hdmi,and power cable.
the PS4 is Blinking Blue light, and never changed
i tried changing the tv, power cable, hdmi cable, and finally i made sure the hard disk is connected well but unfortunately nothing changed,
any advice plz

Try booting to safe mode. If that doesn't work, call Sony and they will send you a new one.

Remember for Sony to send you a new one you will need the purchase receipt - well, if you live in the UK you will. Bought one sealed in its box with this problem from a Christmas fund raiser at a local church and Sony do not want to know.
