Anyone know aux port pinout?
I'm wondering if anyone knows the pinout of the aux port. I would like to entend the PS4 camera over usb or cat5e if possible. I have a custom theater in my basement and all of my consoles are in a closet. Before I was able to extend my playstation move and xbox kinect sensors with a usb extension and a powered usb hub, and my wii sensor bar with a cat5e cable.
It's a USB 3.0 cable without a differential USB 2 pair (d+,d-). There are 8 wires in the PS4 cable and 10 in the USB 3.0. I attempted to splice my own using a length of USB 3 wire but it isn't working. I will try again.
