Images on screen are bad Is it the screen?
The screen images have become distorted. For instance pictures almost look like a negative of the real picture but still has color. The letters can still be made out in emails but are fuzzy.

First you could try resetting PRAM. Try starting from system disc, when that looks alright do a reinstall. If it looks ok on an external monitor than its probably an issue with the LVDS cable or the screen. If it looks bad on the external too than its likely a bad logicboard.
