plz help me ,i have some problem in my dell d520 laptop is shutting down when it pluged on electric board.

what do you mean shutting down?
usually dell's charger/adaptor has led light indicator on it,if the indicator light went out when you plug it into your laptop, there're high probability that there's problem in your laptop's mobo..there's shorted part on it, like ceramic capacitor or burnt ic..
if that's what you encountered?
