Wifi Card not installed, boot up issues too.

The whole screen freeze+Can't start up sometime!

I believe I have the same issue as the post on top however it wasn't really well iterated, also I would like to fix it myself instead of giving free money to others for something I can learn.

Anyways, here's the issue description:

MacBook hung and shut down.

From then on, it would hang during boot and usually stops at PCI Configuration phase of boot.

Sometimes, it can't even get to the efi boot loader (aka white screen)

When it does boot, wifi card will have two possible issues.

Detected but unable to search for any networks,

Undetected and will state Wi-Fi: No hardware installed

Query:

Is there a method to diagnose the exact cause of the issue? Or if someone can confirm, what is the issue?

Suspects:

Wifi card died, or PCI, or motherboard.

The best way to diagnose things here is to disconnect the AirPort card (WiFi interface). Here's the IFIXIT gouda for you system Replacing MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Mid 2009 AirPort Card You'll need to get to Step 5 disconnecting the camera cable (they share the same cable). If you follow thru the guide you see the AirPort card is located in the black plastic cover under the display. I think your cable is the problem here given your symptoms.
