Hardware buttons not working

I changed the rear case of my phone, and none of the hardware buttons are working, the volume keys, home, power buttons and silence switcher, all of them are not working. I suppose I connected something wrong... what is it?

You may need to re-open the phone and to make sure whether all flex cable connections are properly intact and plugged in properly or not. If problem still persist then you may need to change the volume and other flexes.
