I have an iPhone 4s where suddenly the volume changes by itself. As if someone is pressing the volume buttons. No headphones are plugged in and it is annoying because the little grey volume box is always on the screen. I have tried a settings reset and full reset. No luck :(
Any other suggestions or a fix will be greatly appreciated.

Alex, It's a somewhat common problem due to mechanical wear in the volume button assembly. Easy and inexpensive fix at any Apple Store (even out of warranty). See my post here:
