Why do I have to continuously register my computer on bill-pay sites?

Whenever I login to any of my credit card sites to check account info, pay bills, etc. I am forced to register my computer. To do this, I have to answer several security questions specific to each site. I am fine unless I shut down and try to reopen. It does this over and over every month (about how often I use these sites). Are there any settings I can change so that my computer stays registered with these different websites?

I am using Internet Explorer with Windows 7 on a Samsung laptop.
