Why my LCD is separating from case

after one time falling my iphone 5 from 50 cm height, and passing time after falling, i saw that day after day, the LCD is separated from case and now the sealing of phone is in bad condition and dust and water can enter inside phone. so please if you have similar cases, guide me how can i fix it. also about sealing around LCD , is the sealing material shall be bind to LCD or case?

because now the sealing material is separated from LCD . if you need photo, i can send you photo.

you mean the plastic frame around the glass?

the front glass, LCD and the frame are fused together, you have to replace the entire front panel assembly

please answer me, if i de-assemble the front panel and re adjust it, it will be fixed or not?

It is almost impossible to separate the front glass from the LCD, even with professional tools. You risk cracking the LCD And you will ruin the optical glue between them. Cleaning the glue and re-bonding them will also require professional tools. I'm not sure whether the frame can be pulled off the glass or not. It's very risky
