How to fix Facetime microphone?

Hi there,

my wife's iPhone 4S has some problem on one of it's microphones, since it stopped recording sounds when using the camera (video) or during Facetime. You can only hear some hissing sound, and very very low and baffled actual voice sound.

Which microphone do I need to replace here? Is there a guide?
