Volume rocker problem dropped ipad

I dropped my ipad 2wifi+3g which landed on the volume rocker. Consequences are that volume is continuosly at maximum level and have volume "icon" permanently at the centre of the screen.

Can anybody help me? I appreciate your help. Thanks!

Sadly, the only fix for this is to remove the glass and probably bend the frame back out. Most likely, your volume key is pushed in by the damage of the drop. Best of luck with that friend.
