@zak18311 you did not give us your laptops model number but selected the Dell Inspiron 16-7610. You can download teh service manual for that computer [https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/inspiron-16-7610-laptop/docs|from here] Looks like that model has the camera integrated into the display assembly (the bezel around it actually). the camera is available as a spare part [https://www.ebay.com/itm/265740982824|here for example]. So that means you could try and use some heat to soften the glue that the screen into the assembly. Probably not an easy task and might be risking breaking the display, but nothing wrong with trying.
