+	Vacuum won't let me push or pull on carpet.

-	I was using my Navigator Lift ~~away pro~~ on carpet and it was working fine then the red light came on and couldn’t move it, After cleaning I tried it again soon as i put it back on the carpet it did the same thing again it seems the brush stops spinning
