设备无法开机
将设备恢复出厂设置。请注意，这将使设备回到刚生产出厂时的状态。设备使用后安装的所有数据都将被抹除。

下载 Google Play Store 应用时出现 101 错误
很可能需要清除 Google Play 服务缓存。
- 进入菜单，选择“设置”
- 选择“应用程序管理器”，向下滚动至“Google Play 服务”
- 向下滚动并选择“清除缓存”
屏幕无法旋转
你的屏幕自动旋转锁定已开启。
- 进入菜单，选择“设置”
- 选择“显示”
- 勾选“自动旋转屏幕”旁边的复选框
屏幕破裂
更换你的屏幕。
- 准备好适当的工具（撬棒、塑料卡片、吸盘、用于加热胶水的工具，例如吹风机）
- 均匀加热屏幕边缘，并开始用撬棒撬起屏幕。当某一部分松动时，用塑料卡片将其固定住。
- 当屏幕几乎脱离粘合剂时，将吸盘吸附在屏幕上，轻轻将屏幕从平板电脑主体抬起，抬起高度以能看到内部为准。
- 注意屏幕的所有连接部件，包括显示屏排线。其他连接可能包括 WiFi 天线。拆除旧屏幕的所有连接部件。
- 从新屏幕上撕下保护膜，并在背面贴上胶条。
- 连接所有排线，并将新屏幕轻轻按压到位。

i try to use app center and i get a “ unable to connect to server no peer certificate” message what can i do?

Hello I have had my tablet for going on 2 years now and I have not been able to use my device I try to go online an down load Google play because I have no other apps on it I'm able to get Gmail on it but that's it it's connected to WiFi but that still does not help with downloading.
Please explain in a easy way as to how to use my tablet please an thank you.

I've never had a password to unlock my tablet. When I turned it on a keypad popped up instead of opening as usual and I don't know how to get around the problem.
