Phone won't turn on ¶
No matter what you do, you can't get your phone to turn on.
Drained battery. ¶
Make sure that you have used the charger. Simply align the phone conducts to the charging station and snap the phone in.
Dead battery. ¶
If your phone won't turn on, you may have a dead battery, and in that case you would have to replace the battery. Purchase a new battery, then open the phone and take out the old battery. Replace it with the new battery.
Phone won't ring ¶
Your phone does not ring when a call comes.
Sound settings need adjusted. ¶
Check the sound settings. The phone may be set on Silent mode, if so set the phone to ring.
Calls are being dropped ¶
Your phone keeps dropping calls.
Weak signal. ¶
You may be in an area with weak service. Go to a place in which your signal strength is strong to make a call.
Low battery. ¶
Your battery power may be low. Charge the phone or replace the battery.
No display ¶
The display on your phone is not working.
Broken screen. ¶
If your screen is broken, you need to replace the screen.
Keys won't work ¶
Nothing you type into the keypad effects the phone.
Broken keypad. ¶
If your keypad is broken, you need to replace the keypad.
Phone won't hold a charge ¶
Even after charging and replacing the battery, your phone won't hold a charge.
Dirty charge contacts. ¶
It is possible that your phone cannot properly charge because the phone's charge contacts are dirty. If so, you will need to gently clean them with alcohol and cotton swabs.
