Battery is not charged ¶
Check your camera's battery. The battery might be dead. Try to charge it. Remove the battery from the camera and place it into the charger and wait for 2-3 hours until the battery is fully charged. Then, take the battery from the charger and put it back into the camera. If nothing changed, check the AC adapter and see if its power indicator light is working or not. Your Battery Is Bad ¶
IF you fully charged the battery, but the camera does not work, you will need to replace the battery with a new one. Replace it with the same type of battery. Take a look at the manual of the the camera. Change battery.
