Follow the guide here. == Camera Mode Display is Blurry or Black == ''When I go to the camera mode, the picture in the display is black or blurry.'' === Obstructed Lens === If the picture on screen in camera mode is blurry , check to see if the lens is obstructed. If the lens is obstructed, remove any obstruction and clean lens with a micro-fiber cloth and a mild cleaning solution. If the lens is still blurry after cleaning it, check the camera lens for cracks. If they sound normal then the problem is with the headphone jack on your device. If the sound is distorted, make sure the speaker is clean and free of water damage and debris. Check the connection for frayed wires.
