My flash will not turn on when in "Auto position or other", is it possible that the lamp is burnt? If so, can it be replaced?. I've tried every suggestions mentioned in the guide, without avail. Guy

When I shoot video, the quality of the audio is considerably lower than normal. It sounds as if I have the camera too far away (though I do not), and upon playback I have to crank up the audio on my computer so far that the background noise is audible. Camera did not have this problem a couple weeks ago.
