Hi, I found an answer to my issue. After checking the net on booting issues, I enabled TRIM on my macbook Air that has a SSD with APFS. After enabling it, the mac went from 10 or more minutes to boot to 3 minutes. At this point I thought it may be because of the APFS format that I’m encoutering this issue, that happened not to long after I formated my SSD with APFS and installing High Sierra. So I went back to Sierra with HFS+ and eveything is back to normal. My macbook now boot in 20s and I don’t have any issues. I also disabled autopoweroff via the terminal to avoid finding my computer down after a long period of time. Thank you Dan for you help. I also changed the battery which seemed to cause issues during the boot if my computer is not fully charged or plugged.
Hello Mohammed, I have been looking up the internet for someone having the same issue as I do, and after a lot of searching, I found you ! I felt like I was alone with this issue. I have exactly the same one, I’m going crazy. I have the same Macbook as you as well. I wanted to know if you found a solution to this issue ? Did you bring it to an Apple Store? Regards, Sarah
