I just came up with the easiest and best solution for the K40 water leak from the bottom and it only cost me 81 cents for 3 of them for the and I only needed to use one. Also, you DON'T have to apply any silicon grease or take the bottom plate off. This is something anybody can do. My wife called Keurig a couple of weeks ago and they said the cold water reservoir needs to be replaced. That did not work, as I expected. The solution Keurig told me today was to buy a new one from them for a discount price of $90.00, regular price of $119.00. I just saved $89.21 and it no longer leaks from the bottom.
