If you're just putting in the deck, you should be fine. The more of the matter is finding a wiring harness that supports that model of Honda car, and a kit of which to hold the deck into place (if needed). After installation, you'll have to fine tune the sound. That deck should be powerful enough to put out some noise to stock speakers. But, if your speakers are bad, you'll know (I guarantee) and will have to upgrade the speakers too.
Two things with smartwatches that I notice will kill the battery more than anything. The display and the amount of alarms it presents (buzzing). To fix this, set your brightness settings lower for both active and inactive modes. Then check out what apps does your watch notify you of. Change those settings or remove the apps from notification. This will extend your battery life... This worked for my smartwatch.
Speakers usually come with the manufacturer. So in this case, Dell would be your best bet. But the cheaper solution is to use an external set of speakers. Most of them are inexpensive, small in size, plug into the headset port on your laptop, and sound better than Dell's built-in stuff.
