Please make sure that the master power switch on the bottom of the device is placed into the 'off' position for the device to charge. If the device still is not charging the USB cable or battery may be faulty. The Troubleshooting page may be able to help you further.
Please make sure that you are taking pictures in areas with good lighting, and that you are not shaking the camera. A dirty camera lens will also cause images to be blurry. The Troubleshooting Page will have more information if your problems still occur.
First make sure that the USB is properly connected to one of the USB ports on the computer. If the problem persists, make sure that the USB Cable is not faulty by trying the cable on a different computer. If the problem continues please view the Troubleshooting Page for further information.
