Per Chrysler it is a software problem in the 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan they know about it but have no real fix yet ? I was also advised check in every month to see if the got a fix for it ? I was advised yesterday 10/29/13 to turn the heat control all the way up then turn it all way cold then to where you want the heat settings at.
