Hello, my name is Charis Queary. I am currently enrolled as a freshman at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL studying Aerospace Engineering with a focus in Astronautics, as well as hoping to obtain minors in Physics and Astronomy. Here at Riddle, I am a member of the Orientation Team and the Theta Omicron chapter of Alpha Xi Delta where I am currently serving as the Internal Philanthropy Director.

I grew up in a family of engineers so that was always the general path I was going to take however, the specific area of study I was going to take was up for grabs for quite awhile before I realized my true love for everything space related. With this degree, I aspire to become an astronaut and go to space.
My work experience involves running volleyball and basketball camps for kids kindergarten through high school as well as a full time nannying job. In my free time I love playing volleyball, photography, singing, volunteering with my sorority, and painting.
