Still lots of messy cables and foil inside... the day that Apple are proud enough to show off the insides of the current iMac design (as they did with the G5 and in the past with the MacBook Pros, MacBook and Mac Mini), is the day the have finally perfected the form both inside and out.

That's interesting... Apple's own gallery at http://www.apple.com/iPhone/gallery/ illustrates tiny torx screws. Maybe they still had a few leftover 00 Philips? :)
Very few pieces placed on an angle any more as was in the previous unibody MBPs. Maybe a cost saving move?
Any idea what the scalloping on the back of the case is for? I mean, it looks pretty... is it due to the CNC machining process, or to more easily stabilise and lock the boards etc. into it, or..?
