Hello Adam Crateau, I'm having a similar problem with my Honor 8 rear facing camera as well and I think I found a solution. Replacing the camera is probably the best option without sending in your phone. Fixez.com has a really great tear down and reassembly video. In addition they have replacement parts to go along.
