Please power off your phone. Next press and hold Volume Down + Menu button + Power button until you see menu of Recovery mode. I had same problem with studio 6.0 and it did it several time so i just factory reset it and took it back. I never had any problems with my 5.5 c till i dropped it in the can.. good luck
