This is a good guide for removal and preparation, but without the liquid optically clear adhesive, it is a terrible installation of the screen. I did my first one simply with a small UV flashlight to tack the corners down while slowly working the bubbles to the edge. Using a shape of the liquid like this - Ж - with the straight line pointing to the left and right of the screen, I was able to work it all to the edges. Not too much on the top center or bottom center of screen though, because it can get into important parts below. Once the bubbles are gone toward one corner or edge, hold the UV flashlight on it. Then, start walking closer to a window on a sunny day, but not full exposure to the light. Once the bubbles stop jumping back to the center, you can apply much more pressure and walk outdoors to full sun to cure. Keep moving your fingers, don't leave anything un-exposed.
