The double ribbon cable of the digitizer. Is it 28mm or 26mm. I've seen both for sale. I need to buy one and don't want the wrong one.

Hi! I have a cracked screen and am looking on eBay for replacements. Most sellers only have one part, but a couple sellers have two digitizer/screen variants with the difference being the width of the connector cable. Does anyone know how to determine if there actually are two variants and if so, how to know which to order? Thanks in advance.
I don't know LCDs, but there are two models -
ASUS ZenPad 8.0 S - P01MA Z580CA - has active pen support and USB-C socket

I'm guessing the Z580CA has extra wires on the connector for the pen support.

I have the Asus S 8 and it too has a cracked screen. I found this video on youtube.com where a guy replaces the glass screen on an Asus Transformer. He does mention two "ribbons" inside with numbers on them and says you should look at that to order the right screen, Right now, I'm trying to find a seller with the right glass. The digitizer is okay, it is only the glass which is cracked, it still works.

There are 2 sizes. 28mm and 26mm. If the number on the ribbon ends in 05 it's 28mm. If it ends in 06 it's 26mm. Hope this helps. It did when I fixed mine. Now if I can find a good rear housing cover for it I'll be set. Good luck.
How do you remove the ribbon connectors? I was thinking its the unlockable lift but its too small to tell it doesn't seem to move.

Hello, how can i fix an asus zenpad c7 that doesnt want to turn on, it seems that its been drained its battery dead but i cant charge it. It was dropped by kids so many times. I can hear and feel its vibrating when i pressed the on/off button but screen doesnt show anything. Any help please.
I sent it 1 time to seevice center and they said the relay was dislodged and battery was drained dead. Thanks in advance.
Can anyone offer a suggestion as to a good replacement battery source... and part number?

Good evening. I love this tablet and unfortunately, two months after my warranty expired, the charge port stopped working.
When I look inside I can see that one of the pins is somewhat loose, seems like the plastic bit is also broken somehow. A couple weeks ago my tablet stopped charging, but it would still charge when it was off. This morning I tried doing it as usual, but the micro USB cable wouldn't even enter. Is there any temp fix for this or do I have to replace the port? In case I have to replace it, would the fix be easy? I can solder small stuff as long as it's not too complex.
