Not easy but worth it.

I had a broken glass on the face of my phone. I am so glad that I fixed it as the digitizer replacement looks much better than the original. My phone face looks great now.

我的修理方法

The repair for me was much more difficult than a previous battery replacement that I had done (also through IFIXIT.) The difficulty had mainly to do with the removal and re-installment of the camera and other components around that area after the digitizer was in. There is a very tiny spacer that a screw has to go through after the camera is in and it was a) super small and b) not easy to discern the correct position for it. Also, putting the camera back in place correctly was just guess work on my part.

I am a huge fan of IFIXIT and their efficient organization and especially pleased with how they provided free shipping for me to return the old broken parts. The only shortcoming for me was that the video guide showed how to remove parts like the camera and microphone, but don't show how to re-install them. These parts look different when being put in as opposed to being taken out and videos taking us through to the completion of the change out as opposed to having us "back" our way out would be helpful.
