After I changed the battery in iPhone 4s, the phone would only work when connected to the wall charger. The new battery registered 48% and the lightning bolt says it is charging but it is not. As soon as it is unplugged from the wall charger, the phone turns off. It will not work at all when plugged into computer with USB cable. Phone does work when plugged into wall charger, but battery now down to 25%.

I ordered and replaced the dock connector, but still have the same problem. Someone suggested I have a ChargerIC problem, but I'm not sure how to repair that.
