Ended up just fine

我的问题

During a previous screen replacement I snapped off the ambient light sensor for my phone. This time I replaced the front camera/sensor assembly with the copper sticker.

It went pretty well. Took a few tries to get the proper bend in all the right places on the cable but eventually it all fit together and I have a fully functional phone again. Woohoo!

If you get the sticker (from what I've seen this appears to be optional) take the time to examine your old cable to figure out how the sticker goes on. Even the guide on here doesn't tell you exactly where it should go. But trust me, it does fit.
