My router will give off wireless signal, but it does not give internet access. I've tried restoring to factory settings, but that won't work either. Is there any way to fix this?

Well Today i had the issue with Netgear router & i spent almost 2 hours doing research & troubleshooting. Now few things are clear to me that there are upto 10 number of reasons that could disrupt your internet connectivity so any solution that may have worked for someone else may not work for you.
its best that you follow standard troubleshooting procedure. same steps can be used for any home wireless router troubleshooting regardless of brand.
Now first off one must identify what exactly could cause issue with netgear router -

Restart/Reboot Router - turn off the modem & router & leave it off for 2 minutes. disconnect the power cable & Ethernet cable & leave it to cool off. after few minutes you can plug everything back together. Now turn on the router & modem then let it boot for a minute. see if that works to help you fix the issue.
Update Netgear Firmware- to keep the operating system of wifi router updated is really important. Now login to your router & check for latest firmware update & update the settings. restart the router after update
Reset the router to default settings- press the reset key at the back of your router & hold the reset key for next 30 seconds. restart the router & reconfigure it. You can setup netgear router from start in case you need anymore help.

Hi, as the title says:
PS4 randomly loses Wifi connection and disconnects controller and no way to reconnect them again or having my PS4 controller to detect the console again, UNLESS I do a HARD RESET to the console (keeping the power button touched with finger for several seconds - doing a turn off / turn on cycle manually)

Some others suggest it is related to the antenna. But my console has never fallen, and if it was the antenna, I guess turn it off several wireless devices around, and approaching the Wireless controller to the console should allow the controller to detect the console. But it does not.
Other suggest it was a bad Firmware installed (bugs on it). I can't reverse the last update of the console. I don't even know if that is possible.
I'm having this annoyance constantly in the middle of an online game, and I need to restart the PS4 mannually every time in order to have WIFI and BT wireless connections restored. THERE IS NO WAY to connect them again, until I do this HARD RESET to the PS4 console.
When turned on, then everything connects again (wireless controller and WIFI). Then again, at a random time, disconnects from WIFI and Wireless controller (in the middle of a game, or movie, etc.). It just keeps doing it.
By the way, I have another spare controller. Same thing. Fully charged both of them. Same results.
Any other suggestion will be very appreciated.

If you have original PS4 then it only connect to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz band on your router. If you receive an error on your PS4 that the signal is too weak then just reset or reboot your router.I know this sound weird but trust me it helps maximum of times otherwise turn off other devices on the network. If your PS4 is far from the router then try to move your system as closer to the router as you can.
Some time it might be an issue with DNS server setting. Find the setting button on your PS4 menu.In that search for network and in that select set yp internet connection. After that select custom from there. Select the WiFi network from your router.
Once you connected to the network select do not specify option. Select the DNS setting on manual. Setup primary DNS on 8.8.8.8 and secondary DNS on 8.8.4.4
If you are not getting all these steps then use Ethernet cable to connect your PS4 and Router. problem solved.

I have an Epson Artisan 837 all in one. It was working perfectly fine yesterday. Today it is telling me I have a paper jam. I went through the steps it told me to take 3 times. There is no paper jammed anywhere! Each time I finish the steps and turn it back on, it makes a grinding sound, then I get the same paper jam error message. I need some helpful advice if anyone has seen this before, please tell me what I should do.

Sometimes, it happens that the Epson printer shows paper jam and it won’t print but there is no paper jam in real. If you are sure there is no piece of paper somewhere inside the printer, then try out these methods to fix paper jam. Reset the printer, which might clear a false paper jam error, and then try to print again. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

I purchased a new laptop at the start of September. It's been working great, except in the last two weeks I keep losing my internet connection.
Within just the last two weeks, I've had some other family members come to live with me. They're able to access the internet with their devices, no problem. But my computer keeps losing its connection.
Even during the times I can't access the internet, my computer shows that it's connected to the network. The built-in network troubleshooter can't find anything wrong. If I restart the router, sometimes it helps. Sometimes it doesn't. Even if it helps, it's only a temporary fix.
I've tried using different browsers, disabling firewalls, restarting the computer, updating OS software, scanning for malware, etc. I'm at my wit's end.
Any ideas?

For some reason my computer after nearly a year suddenly had "power savings" turned on. I never set it, and it started doing the drop wifi connection after 7 minutes even when plugged in the computer would "shut off" the wifi.
First fix:
Disable it in power management: Slide the mouse down to the bottom-right corner, then once your right-side navigation thing pops up go to the top ‘Search’ (ClassicShell: Press the Windows key In the text box at the bottom) type “Edit power plan” and click the result.
Change advanced settings. Open up the “Wireless Adapter Settings” then “Power Saving Mode” and make sure it doesn’t disconnect your wifi to save power by setting . Switch it up to Maximum Performance which should stop it from disconnecting at random.
This actually worked on my computer for about few days when the wifi would start dropping again even when plugged in. As it turns out I found another step to fix laptop keep disconnecting issue here (the another place to get your issues resolved). I am mentioning the steps below
Second fix:
Go into your network settings. Control panel again.. Mouse to the bottom-right, ‘Search’ again. This time type “Control panel” and click the result. From here we want “Network and Internet” and then “Network and Sharing Center” and from there “Change adapter settings” (It’s on the left hand menu bar)
Right click your wifi adapter -> click Properties -> click Configure -> click Power Management
Uncheck the box “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”.

Susan Costello, You did not state your model#, Start your trouble shooting of print head error using the links below. In some forums they say if you contact HP they may replace the printer as this is a known issue for some models to have a bad print head, may be worth looking into. If under warranty and no go, return for replacement/repair/refund. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.

Go to Control panel and find the device manager
see if you can see the Display driver and try updating the video driver .

when phone is not charging there are few steps you can try -
check the power outlet and charger connection if charger is not broken than press the power key and hold for 1 min than restart the phone and plug the charger see if this work

checkout the sound driver and settings in sound manager and update the sound driver and than restart the computer and wait for 2 min if it does not work than uninstall the sound settings . and try checking any program or settings blocking the sound problem . visit guide fix lenovo laptop sound issue and after everything try restarting the system . let me know for any other issue

remove the battery and wait for life 2 min . plug it back and restart the computer . make sure you wait for like 5 min once you plugged in . just sit back check the power cord and wire . checkout this article for any other steps -fix laptop which is not charging while plugged . thanks
