Connect the 54 pin connector to one end of the ULF module, and the cream/purple colored Bluetooth antenna wire to the other end of the ULF module. Find a suitable mounting location using the bracket already attached to the Bluetooth control module.  If you removed the plastic trim piece you can use the Range Rover telephone bracket already installed in your car. Just line up the holes on the bracket with the Bluetooth module I mounted my Bluetooth module with the antenna connector closest to the tail lights using standard screws and nuts.  Make sure you connect the antenna wire and plug wire before mounting to ensure a proper fit.  In my mounting configuration shown below only two screws where used, although it worked perfectly.
