If the coffee only sprays weakly out of the two outlets, or only pours out of one of the two outlets, then they are probably clogged with coffee fat. It's difficult to properly clean the component as the aroma of the coffee will always suffer. The replacement part costs less than 4 euros, the replacement is pretty easy and will be described here. Unfortunately, in contrast to the Surpresso Compact, the housing has to be opened.

Note: the opening of the device is shown on a Surpresso Compact, but it is basically the same. Pay attention to any cables to the sensors.

Unplug your coffee maker!
Remove the water container, the brew group and the drip tray with pomace container.
Using a spoon, remove as much of the coffee beans as possible from the coffee bean container.
Depending on the model, additional sensors with cables may be installed on the top and side panels. You have to remove these before you can completely remove the housing parts.

Remove the two Torx T10 screws on the top.

Remove seven T10 Torx screws on the back.
The two screws at the bottom of the front can remain.

Press with a flat-head screwdriver into the openings on the side with the water tank. This releases the latches on the top.
Press the flat-head screwdriver into the opening on the side with the brew group. This will release the last notch on the top.
Lift the top off.
On some models, a cable leads to the sensor on the powder tray. Unplug the connector on this cable first.

Slide the side section of the brewing unit about 2 cm to the rear. This sometimes gets stuck and may require some force to remove.
Remove the two tabs from the power switch.
Take off the side panel with the brew group.

The semicircular decorative strip around the panel above the coffee spout is held from the inside on the left and right by two small white plastic wedges. Use your fingers to pull them out.

The housing around the coffee spout distributor consists of two halves. The front part is locked on the left and right.
Insert a plastic opening tool into the gap on the side and separate the two halves of the case. The clips are pretty tight.
Remove the two Torx T10 screws on the coffee spout distributor.
Disconnect the silicone tube at the top of the coffee spout distributor. Pay attention to the wire spiral.
Remove the coffee spout distributor.
