Remove the two 12mm screws from the front face plate with the PH2 bit from the tool kit.

Once the screws are removed pull the front face plate off. This will allow access to the belt and motor.

Lift the brush roller upwards towards you, and the brush roller should come out along with the belt.

Remove the belt from the motor mount, and then replace with a new belt.

Do you guys have a guide on replacing the smaller white rolling piece that is part of the motor mount? This is the reason why the brush roller doesn’t spin on my shark cordless vacuum. The piece itself is too small to fit on the motor or maybe the motor’s too big for that piece. I’m seriously getting to the point that I want to just toss this piece in the trash. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My Dad was cleaning out the hair and the belt fell off and he doesn’t know how to put it back on. Unfortunately the directions above doesn’t explain how to put it back on if you didn’t take it off.

When putting the belt back on does one end go around the little white gear or in front of it? I’m talking about the little white gear that is like the large white gear and is about 1/4”

Where can I purchase a new belt for my handheld Shark cordless vacumn. I guess it is model number. 3037613. I bought it at Walmart a few years back. I appreciate your help.
