Remove the 9 screws holding the antenna module in place, but do not try to remove the module itself yet.

Remove the 7 screws holding the lower portion of the plastic protective cover in place on the bottom of the phone
I am repairing a S20 FE which has different screw lengths in some parts of these plastic covers. Is this correct or are the screws in these plastic covers all the same length? I am asking this because i do not recognise different screw lengths as the 'Samsung way' of designing telephones.
Bram is correct. Strangely there are two different lengths of screw in the s20fe. The 9 short silver ones go in the top half of the phone and the 7 longer ones go into the charging port area.
Anyone know what size each one is?
I'm disassembling an S20 FE right now. The upper screws are 4mm x 1.3mm (length with head x diameter). The lower screws are 4.4mm x 1.3mm. The lower screws are also slightly darker than the upper screws.

-
Insert a thin pry tool in the side of the lower plastic cover, to release it.
-
Insert a thin tool in the side of the antenna module to loosen it, but do not pull it off yet.
-
Fold the antenna module over towards the battery.
-
Underneath there is the battery connector and a connector for the antenna module. Use a spudger to pry both of these off.
-
Now the antenna module can be removed.
Upon reassembly the bottom back plate you screw back on has become raised and will not sit properly on the left hand side any ideas why?

Use a spudger to release the rear camera and remove it from its housing.
-
Using a Philips screwdriver, remove the retaining screw for the mainboard.
-
Use a spudger to release the cable connecting the mainboard and sub-board.
-
The red and white cables can also be pried free, without needing to remove the connectors from the mainboard itself.

Use a spudger to remover the connectors for the display, fingerprint sensor and main-sub board.
-
The fingerprint sensor can be pried from the side to release it and remove it.
-
Remove the retaining screw for the sub-board.
-
Use a spudger to pry the sub-board loose.
-
Once loose, pry the cables up to release them from the channel going up the side of the frame.
-
Once the board and cables are loosened, the mainboard, sub-board and cables can all be removed together. This is one possibility, if you are not comfortable trying to remove everything with the cables still attached, then disconnect the cables from the sub-board and mainboard first.

Remove the two screws holding this part in place.
-
On the S20FE this looks like a space filler for the frame and doesn't appear to have any function. On the S20 Ultra, this piece is an actual antenna.
-
Transfer to the new frame

-
Use a heat gun and heat up the front side of the display to loosen the adhesive holding the battery in place.
-
Insert a thin , flat, flexible tool to release the adhesive between the battery and frame. Caution is needed here to ensure that the tool does not go through the batter casing.
-
Work slowly and reheat the front side if the adhesive does not feel as if it is coming loose.
-
Work along the side of the battery and eventually it will start to come loose.
-
Once one side is free, you can do the same on the other side and should be able to life the battery up and out.

how to remove screen lol?
This guide is for replacing the screen ASSEMBLY. If you want to replace just the OLED, you came to the wrong place. And if you have to ask this question, you should probably not attempt to do it.

It wos amezing thanks
Thank you for this guide, very helpful. However after swapping screens the phone runs slower and less responsive with the new screen, any ideas?
set motion refresh to high in display settings, it probably reverted to 60hz when it detected a new screen

I followed the guide but my phone no longer boots past the first Samsung s20fe loading screen when i turn it on and just keeps restarting that stage over and over
I had a simular issue after an update to the phone. It could be an issue related to the firmware but for me it wasn't. I would reccomend looking up a guide online on how to reflash the firmware to the phone (without loosing data. If I remeber correct there is a "home CDC" flash which keeps your data and there is a "CDC" which wipes all of your data on the phone which I wouldn't reccomend (Samsung may tell you to do this but do not listen to them)). If flashing the firmware didn't work then you likely had the same issue as me where some chip on board failed. I took my device to a repair shop and it took them a while but they figured out that my issue was caused by a chip failing. So they replaced it since it's a cheep part and the device worked again.
So long story short, flash the firmware to the phone making sure not to wipe your data in the process, if that didn't fix the issue then take it to an independent repair shop and they may be able to diagnose the issue and fix it for relatively cheep.
That's a useful step by step guide thank you, i have a technical question : having an s20fe UW G781V (verizon), dones the screen available online for the G781F or G781U are compatible ? (No variations for all the 5G s20fe ?)
The answer is very crucial for me to decide fo4 repairing or buying a new phone
