Samsung Galaxy J1 Logic Board, Main Camera, Front Camera, Earpiece, Loudspeaker Replacement

Hi my name is Daniel. I have a Galaxy J 1 and I took it to a cell phone repair shop, because when I got the phone from a guy who had I guess drop the phone in water and didn't tell me until I had left his house and I checked it out.well anyway I went to get it repaired and they cleaned it up and still won't turn on.they said they replaced the power button and still won't come on? So is there a way I can send it some where to get it fixed professionally​?
