Place your adjustable wrench on the nut, adjust it to fit, and use the Allen wrench to hold the bolt in place when removing the nut.
Take off the washer that is with the nut and put them both aside for later.

Use your Allen wrench and unscrew the bolt. After this the pulley will have nothing holding it.
Take the worn-out pulley off the machine and put it aside.

Place the washer, then the Allen bolt in the pulley and use the Allen wrench to screw it back into place.
Place the nut on the bolt and tighten by hand. Then use the adjustable wrench to tighten it completely.
