Ryobi CSB135L Motor Replacement

If you need to replace the motor of the Ryobi CSB135L circular saw, this guide will instruct you on how to access and remove the motor before you replace it with a new motor. The Ryobi CSB135L circular saw is equipped with an electric motor that powers the spinning of the blade. The motor is located within the saw.     • Remove the three M4.5 x 35mm screws that hold the motor housing to the blade housing using a Phillips screwdriver.

    • Although not required for motor housing removal, the two M4 x 16 mm Phillips head screws must be removed for access to the top of the motor.
