Place shoe upside down.

Wedge knife or key into the area where the shoe and sole meet.

Peel the sole off of the bottom of the shoe.

Wipe away any dirt or residue on the bottom. does not have to be spotless.

Place shoe glue on the bottom of the shoe.

align the sole with the shoe perfectly and press them together. Allow to sit for at least a day before testing them out.
