Turn keyboard upside down.
Unscrew all the four 7 mm Phillips J1 screws on the bottom.

Slide an opening pick between the upper and lower part of the frame from the corner of the keyboard.
Slide the pick all the way around the keyboard.
As the frames seperate, it is recommended to keep the controller upside down, to prevent the insides accidentally falling out and potentially damaging the keyboard.

Carefully remove the button caps.

Move the battery out of the way.
The battery has been secured with adhesive tape, so slight force may have to be used.
Be careful not to pull too much on the battery, as the batterys cables are soldered on the board, and the solder may come off if pulled too much.

Move the 3,5 mm jack connector out of the way.
Use the same caution as for the battery cables. The jack cables are soldered on the board the same way as the battery cables are.

Unscrew the last four 5 mm screws from the frame, with a Phillips #000 size bit.

Flip the keyboard around, and slide an opening pick between the frame and the actual keyboard.
Slide the pick alongside the edge of the frame.

The keyboard buttons come off just by lifting.

The motherboard comes off by lifting it from it's socket.
The motherboard cannot be completely pulled out unless the component from the lower frame part is soldered off.
