That is a 6x6mm tactile switch, also called a tact switch or push button switch. The blue button on top is the actuator. It's a very common, standardized component type.
You can search for "6x6mm tactile switch" on trusted electronics suppliers like DigiKey or Mouser.
Important: These switches come in different heights (commonly 4.3mm, 5mm, or 7mm), so you'll need to measure your current switch's height to make sure you order the right one. The footprint is standardized, but the height needs to match.
