Lay the laptop flat with the bottom facing upwards.

Remove the four 2mm Phillips #00 screws from the bottom panel.

Remove the back panel of the device.

Remove the nine 2mm Phillips screws from the cooling assembly.
Using the tweezers, remove the fan power cable from the motherboard.

Lift the fan assembly out of the laptop.
