How to turn on [Alcatel Pixi 4 8050G] with BAKU power supply and reactivate dead battery

Alcatel Pixi 4 8050G that does not turn on.

Connect the (logicboard) to the Baku source at 3.4V to test the ignition without the battery.

Then, reactivate the battery with the baku source at 5V.

Note: the phone was immediately turned off with the BAKU source because it does not detect the battery IC (where it controls charging). It means that the (logicboard) works and you only need to reactivate the battery or buy a new one.
