This guide will show how to remove the back cover of the Skytex SP728 and identify the buttons on the side of the device. These buttons are used to raise or lower the volume and to power the device on or off.

Make sure the device is powered off
Rotate the device so the ports and screws face you

Using a small phillips screwdriver, unscrew both end screws

Using a plastic opening tool, work your way around the edge of the device, separating the case from the rest of the device

Once the case has been loosened, pry the backing off gently with your hands.
Make sure to remove the case gently as extra force can break the clasps or the case itself.

Remove the black buttons (they should not be directly attached to the device and may fall out).
