This guide is for cat owners who may feel their cat’s litter box is not working as it should. The only thing you will need is the litter box and a thin sharp object such as a skewer or toothpick. This procedure will require all litter and pads to be removed but is simple and should take less than 10 minutes.

• Remove the absorbent pad from the bottom sliding compartment.

• Find a small, thin object that can fit in between the grates. This object can be a skewer, toothpick, pen, or even the back of an earring.
• Be careful when using sharp objects, and be careful not to poke yourself.
